I recently moved to a new house, after getting up my computers and small network up and reconnected to the DSL line, both computers could get online but one computer could not open the Network Setup Wizard or Network Connections control panel. Both computers are running Windows XP professional with Service Pack 3 Everything works ok, except the second computer could not see this computer on the network or its shared files or printers. what do I do?

Thanks for posting on Our forum the network issue you described is actually quite common.
to resolve this issue Follow these steps
1. Place your Windows XP CD in the CD-ROM Drive
2. Click on Start, Run
3. Type CMD and press Enter to open the command prompt
4. Type the following command to replace the dll file, substituting the correct drive
letter for your CD-ROM drive. In this case replace the D drive letter with the
letter corresponding to your CD drive where the Windows XP CD is located. Press
Enter after typing the command. expand D:\I386\WTSAPI32.DLL_ C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32
\WTSAPI32.DLL
5. You should see a screen showing the file being expanded and replaced.
6. Type EXIT and Press Enter to close the command prompt
7. Restart your computer
Now you may go ahead an open the Network Connection icon in the Control Panel, run the Network Setup Wizard
